    Description

    Two CDV photographs, probably from the 1860s, showing the family dog, one with the father, and the other with a son. It looks like a spaniel but maybe is a bit too large. (Any expert opinion welcome.) The two photographs seem to be from about the same time, in the same studio with the same painted backdrop, but with different photographer credits on their backs.
